DESCRIPTION
The Armod series is the proposal for the modular cabinets with or without inner door for standars applications, systems Rack 19" or PC housing. They are designed for all applications where corrosion is a discriminating factor and are available in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L in Scotch-Brite finishing. Frame is in profiled stailess steel thickness 15/10 + 15/10. Door
thickness 15/10 with structural frame. Product can be customized to client's specific needs. Available also with safety glass door 3+3 mm (FRV).
Wide 1200, IP55, 2 overlapping doors.
Wide 1600/2400 - IP66, 2/3 single door wide 800mm free-standing each other.

Technical features
Material: Stainless steel AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) 1,5 mm gauge - on demand AISI 316L (EN1.4404). Bottom plates in stainless steel 1,5 mm gauge. Mounting plate galvanized iron 2,5 mm gauge.
Frame: Structure from one stainless steel sheet bended and welded. Provided with drilling on 25 mm pitch and specific rails for fixing mounting plate.
Door: Bended and fixed on frame with stainless steel hidden hinges and relative bolt simply removable. 120° opening R or L. Inside door with tubular frame for extra stiffness.
Closing system: Chromate lock with twin comb mapping 3 mm. Outside system with multipoint rod locking system type. On demand available stainless steel closing system and other kind of handle.
Rear panel: Rear panel 1,5 mm gauge bended with one piece foam in place polyurethane
gasket equipped M6 screws.
Mounting plate: In galvanized iron, double bending, sliding on rails and depth suitable 25 mm pitch. Bottom plate Two bottom plates with polyurethan gasket to guarantee the best seal. On W2400 model there are three bottom plates.
Grounding: All panels are provided with M6x16 grounding bolts, studs and labels.
Finishing: Scotch-Brite finishing.
Supply: Structure in stainless steel profiles, eyebolts for lifting, doors, removable rear panels and mounting plate.
